Attitude of Gratitude... 30 Days of Thanksgiving! DAY 7


What are you grateful for? In times of turmoil, stress, COVID-19 drama, it can be hard to find things to be grateful for. I challenge you to make it a habit to look for things through the day that you can be thankful / grateful for. It doesn't have to be anything big or fancy. Maybe it is something you take for granted or that has become such a part of your life, you no longer notice the value of it.

Write down 5 things every day you are grateful. Do it at night to set the tone for a good night's sleep, or first thing in the morning to set the tone for the day.

Today I am grateful for:

  1. A full tube of toothpaste

  2. Popcorn with nutritional yeast sprinkled on top

  3. Kangan water

  4. Tart Cherry Kombucha

  5. Evergreen Trees

  6. Christmas Music

  7. Hugs from my Grandkids
