Attitude of Gratitude... 30 Days of Thanksgiving! Day 24

Change can be hard, but is so necessary to move forward in life; and as a mentor has told me, "You can do hard things!" The Serenity prayer is held close by many.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Accepting the things I cannot change has never been an easy thing for me to do. I guess you could say, I've always liked to know what is going on and be in control of things. Life has given me many opportunities to live out the Serenity Prayer. 2020 has given all of us opportunities to live this out. For me, knowing the difference between what I can change, what I can't change and trusting God, especially in the latter, is a moment by moment process. My prayer is that I will be quicker to change what I can and trust God more swiftly in those things I can't change, allowing Him to give me peace in the midst of not having it the way "I think" it should be.
How about you? Are you able to embrace and accept the things you can't change and gracefully change the things you can?
