I got behind on my gratitude blog, and I'm catching up today Short and Sweet!
Grandkids are a bright spot in the lives of Grandparents! I have 6: 4 grand girls and 2 grandson. I think grand kids are a parents reward... We get to play, interact with, watch and observe and have a relationship without all the issues or drama that often times comes with parenting. We get to be a refuge, a fun and safe placand the love from grands toward a grandparent - Priceless!
My grandkids are bright, smart, articulate, fun, witty, creative, compassionate, kind, caring, empathetic, loyal and faithful friends. They are adventurous, all enjoy and excel at theater, dance or singing! The baby hasn't tried out for his first part yet, but I can tell with his winning personality, he'll pull is own weight! They are avid readers, and consumers of information, they have big hearts and care about others deeply, and love adventuring through life.
